All sales are final. We do not offer direct refunds however we do offer venue credits.

All shows are 18+ unless otherwise notated. ALL guests must have a valid ID to enter the building.

Your email confirmation serves as your purchase confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order is NOT confirmed.

Our seating is first come first serve. For large groups, we will do our best to seat you together but we cannot guarantee it. If you are wanting specific seats, we recommend coming early to snag them.

Please Note: Loud talking and/or heckling of the performers is extremely disruptive to the show and impacts your fellow guests’ experience. Customers who cannot comply will be removed from the venue and will not be issued a refund of their ticket purchase.

TICKETS

All tickets for our shows are delivered electronically to the email address provided and are added to our will call list. In order to enter a show, you must present the email confirmation and a picture ID. FIRST and LAST names must match the form of ID.

LATE ARRIVALS ARE NOT GUARANTEED SEATS AND ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.

REMINDER

Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification will not be admitted to the event and will not be eligible for a refund.
No firearms are allowed on the premises.
All performers, and showtimes are subject to change.
